1. Introduction

2. Eligibility

To register and use j333, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times. j333 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any point and to suspend or close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• 1You must be at least 21 years of age. j333 operates a strict 21+ policy with no exceptions. Providing false date-of-birth information to circumvent this requirement is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any account balance.
• 2You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Accounts may not be registered on behalf of another person, company, or third party without express written authorisation from j333.
• 3You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information when registering your j333 account, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and a valid mobile number capable of receiving SMS verification. You agree to maintain and update this information to keep it current and accurate at all times.
• 4You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, or director of j333 or any affiliated entity, nor a close family member or household member of any such person. J333 employees and their immediate families are prohibited from holding player accounts or participating in real-money gambling activity on the platform.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player is permitted to hold one and only one j333 account. It is your sole responsibility to keep your account credentials secure. j333 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where you have failed to maintain the security of your login details.

• 5j333 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) procedures before approving withdrawal requests, activating bonus credits, or at any other time deemed necessary. Requested documentation must be provided within 7 calendar days of the request being issued. Failure to do so may result in the affected transaction being placed on hold until verification is completed.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

j333 processes all financial transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer through participating banks including BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank and Dutch-Bangla Bank. All payment methods must be registered in your own name.

Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests received during Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) working hours.
• 3j333 reserves the right to withhold any withdrawal and request supporting documentation if it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms. Funds held pending investigation will not accrue interest.
• 4All deposited funds used for gambling on j333 are at risk. j333 does not provide investment services. The platform does not guarantee any return on funds deposited. Players should only deposit amounts they are prepared to lose in full.
• 5Where j333 identifies a transaction that appears to be linked to a third-party payment method not registered in the player's own name, j333 may refuse the transaction, return the funds, and/or suspend the account pending investigation. Players may not use a bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered to another person, even a family member.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

j333 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms that will be published at the time each offer is made available. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotional terms shall prevail.

• 1Bonus credits are distinct from real-money balances. Bonus credits cannot be withdrawn directly. To convert bonus credits into withdrawable real-money funds, the applicable wagering requirement must be met in full. Wagering requirements and eligible games will be specified in the promotional terms for each individual offer.
• 2j333 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, and to void bonus credits or winnings derived from those credits where j333 reasonably determines that the offer was claimed through fraudulent means, account duplication, technical error, or in breach of the promotional terms.

Any player found using bonus credits as part of a coordinated strategy to systematically extract value from j333 — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting using j333 offers against third-party platforms, or bonus-farming — will have their account suspended and balances forfeited.
• 4Seasonal and event-based promotional offers (e.g. Eid bonuses, BPL cricket season promotions, IPL offers) are available for limited periods only. j333 does not commit to running any specific promotion on a recurring basis. All promotional communications are for information only and do not constitute a contractual commitment by j333 to continue any promotion beyond its stated end date.

6. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on j333. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their balance and winnings forfeited, and may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.

• 1Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with j333 games, place bets, or exploit the platform in any way that provides an unfair advantage over other players or over the platform itself.
• 2Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game or betting market on j333, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker-format games, coordinated live casino play, or pre-arranged sports betting outcomes.
• 3Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in j333 games or the platform infrastructure. Any winnings derived from a known software error must be reported to j333 support immediately and will not be honoured. Players who exploit errors knowingly will have their accounts closed and winnings forfeited.
• 4Using j333 for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal financial activity. j333 complies with applicable anti-money laundering obligations and will report suspicious transactions to authorities as required by law. All deposits must originate from funds legally owned by the account holder.
• 5Registering more than one account on j333 under any circumstances, including under a different name, mobile number, email address, or device. If duplicate accounts are detected, j333 will close all associated accounts, consolidate any balances at its sole discretion, and may permanently ban the individual from the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the j333 platform — including but not limited to the j333 brand name, logo, website design, page layouts, graphics, text, software code, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other materials accessible through j333.vu — is the exclusive intellectual property of j333 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j333 platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any j333 intellectual property without the prior written consent of j333. Any unauthorised use of j333 intellectual property may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, j333 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the j333 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, or any other commercial loss, even if j333 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

j333's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the j333 platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your j333 account in the 30 calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation of liability applies regardless of the legal theory under which the claim is brought, whether in contract, tort, statute, or otherwise.

9. Responsible Gaming

j333 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. j333 operates a strict 21+ policy. The platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools that all account holders may access after logging in. These tools are designed to help players maintain control over their gambling activity and expenditure.

• 1Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their j333 account. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period to prevent impulsive increases during a gambling session.

Your continued use of j333 after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using j333 and may request closure of your account by contacting [email protected]. j333 will process any outstanding withdrawal requests in accordance with the Terms applicable at the time the withdrawal was requested.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which j333 is incorporated. j333 operates a fair and transparent internal dispute resolution process.
